Lidhja hekurudhore do t\u00eb operohet me trena elektrik\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi prej 120 km\/or\u00eb. Elektrifikimi do t\u00eb financohet fal\u00eb nj\u00eb kredie nga BERZH dhe nj\u00eb kontributi nga Komisioni Evropian, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb tenderi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekti fillestar \u00ebsht\u00eb integruar me zgjatimin prej 4 km q\u00eb do ta sjell\u00eb terminalin n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb kryeqytetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb puna, do t\u00eb duhen vet\u00ebm 10 minuta nga qendra e Tiran\u00ebs deri n\u00eb Aeroportin N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza, dhe rreth 26 minuta nga Tirana n\u00eb Durres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria m\u00eb n\u00eb fund po p\u00ebrjeton nj\u00eb pik\u00eb kthese n\u00eb transportin publik hekurudhor, i cili duhet t\u00eb shkurtoj\u00eb distancat midis zonave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vendit dhe t\u00eb leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb udh\u00ebtimin, duke ulur nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht ndotjen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo strategji p\u00ebrfshin integrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Rrjetin Trans-Evropian t\u00eb Transportit (TEN-T), pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria, n\u00eb korridoret kryesore dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse.<br>Projektet prioritare p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb Korridorin VIII (Durr\u00ebs \u2013 Rrogozhin\u00eb \u2013 Elbasan \u2013 Pogradec) dhe linj\u00ebn Vor\u00eb \u2013 Hani i Hotit, t\u00eb cilat sigurojn\u00eb lidhje rajonale dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me vendet fqinje dhe, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tyre, me rrjetin hekurudhor evropian. Projektet e reja t\u00eb financuara me burime t\u00eb brendshme do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2026: Hekurudha Komb\u00ebtare (Shkod\u00ebr\u2013Gjakov\u00eb), linja Vlor\u00eb\u2013Aeroporti Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i Vlor\u00ebs dhe rikonstruksioni i seksionit Rrogozhin\u00eb\u2013Fier\u2013Vlor\u00eb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 investimeve n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb, nj\u00eb angazhim t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr trajnimin e stafit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ancora un altro anno di attesa e poi, finalmente, finir\u00e0 il calvario di chi\u00a0\u00a0deve spostarsi tra Durazzo,Tirana e l&#8217;aeroporto di Rinas.
