P\u00ebrvojat e mia t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme q\u00eb kur u ktheva n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb qen\u00eb padyshim t\u00eb dobishme. Kam punuar si drejtor artistik, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb disa projekte shum\u00eb personale, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me shoqata dhe komunitete lokale, n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme si arkitektura, historia dhe identiteti, p\u00ebrmes festivaleve dhe koncerteve t\u00eb lidhura me natyr\u00ebn dhe mbrojtjen e mjedisit. Ne kemi nj\u00eb ansamb\u00ebl t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebsh, s\u00eb bashku me orkestr\u00ebn dhe korps de balet, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb paguar p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer aktivitete kulturore. Por deri tani ka pasur shum\u00eb pak. Jo sepse pronar\u00ebt e bizneseve dhe menaxher\u00ebt e kompanive private nuk vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb artin dhe kultur\u00ebn.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por ndoshta k\u00ebto kompani ende nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar plot\u00ebsisht se sa e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb, n\u00eb aspektin e komunikimit dhe imazhit t\u00eb mark\u00ebs, t\u00eb sponsorizojn\u00eb institucionet dhe ngjarjet kulturore. Duhet t\u00eb zhvillohet nj\u00eb qasje e ndryshme p\u00ebr t'u angazhuar me k\u00ebto sektor\u00eb. .<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ne po punojm\u00eb me Ministrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e donator\u00ebve dhe sponsor\u00ebve t\u00eb njihet si\u00e7 duhet, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi ligjor dhe ai tatimor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi me Italin\u00eb?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00cbsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb.
